Over twenty years experience in evaluation of new drug candidates for leprosy and tuberculosis, including clinical trials in the former. At Uniersity of Illinois at Chicago since 2000. Oversees the screening and biological evaluation of compounds and extracts.

Dr. Cho is the University of Illinois, Chicago site project manager for the in vitro assays and data collection.

A Molecular Biologist who was recruited from the Korean Institute for Tuberculosis. Dr. Cho's work involves new assay development for high throughput screening and identification of the target of new anti-TB lead compounds.
